Training
Ceratium offer a range of training to our clients. Our aim is to help you understand grant funding, learn the key elements of a winning proposal and how to manage a collaborative project. We have also provided bespoke training courses to academic and businesses on developing research and innovation strategies, road mapping, IP management, exploitation of results, science communication and impact.
Training includes group courses and one-to-one mentoring. We work closely with Yellow Research to co-develop and run training courses for academics and businesses. We also provide critical reviewing services to provide detailed advice and constructive criticism on how to improve your proposals. In addition, we have designed and delivered training on engaging with the European Research Area
Previously we delivered training the European Biotechnology Network Funding Hub and work as a training provider to the Grant-Finder team at IDOX offering courses from beginners new to European transnational grant funding to those wanting to improve their proposal writing and project management knowledge.
Our courses include:
- Preparing for Horizon Europe
- Research and Innovation Actions: everything you need to know about writing a successful application
- Horizon Europe and H2020 Masterclass: Effective Coordination and Project Management
- Project Impact: dissemination, communication and exploitation strategies and practice
All courses have been developed though practical experience of winning grant funding and our involvement in projects. We have also integrated good practice from colleagues and included responses to known issues and client's queries.
